This most certainly happened.!!!
The German soldiers and Hitler carried out their plan in order to wipe out all jews from the world.
The Holocaust did not take place until the war had actually started, so the day to day life of the Germans during that time lived in war time conditions. This would have meant employment in jobs that kept the german war machine going, or doing volunteer work to support that war effort. Rationing of various supplies would have been a natural result, as materials were shifted to the war effort. Living in major metropolitan areas would have resulted in spending days or weeks inside of bomb shelters as the Allied raids picked up pace.
However, many people think that only the German Soldiers were responsible for the persecution and torment done to the Jews. They would all be wrong. The German soldiers were to busy fighting of allies in an attempt to protect and preserve the German economy. Other volunteers were the ones who persecuted and killed many of the jews.
The german soldiers, if not fighting of allied forces, were watching and torturing the jewish citizens and prisoners of war. They told the jews that if they got on the train they would be freed and let go. As they boarded the train the jewish mentality was high. But as they got of the train it went to a staggering still. They were placed into a concentration camp, with gas chambers every where. But out of nowhere the Soviet Union came to the rescue freeing many jewish and killing many soldiers.
THE LIFE OF THE SOLDIERS AFTER THAT WAS ONE THAT MANY PEOPLE WOULD NOT WANT TO HAVE.
